Jenkeissä on kisattu cheerleadingin MM-titteleistä jo pari päivää. Koska oma lajini on tanssi, cheerdance, keskityn nyt siihen. Suomen tanssimaajoukkue sijoittui eilen hienosti neljänneksi pom-sarjassa. Onnea tytöt!! :)
Tässäpä videona tuo suomalaisten pom-ohjelma. Verrokkina hopeaa saavuttaneen Japanin joukkueen vastaava - omasta mielestäni heidän ohjelmansa oli ihanan persoonallinen ja viihdyttävä. Pakko myös laittaa hip hop -sarjasta japanilaisten koreografia, sillä vaikka tyyli ei ehkä kanna koko kisaohjelman läpi, löytyy siitäkin omalaatuisuutta. Ja kyllähän sillä kultaa irtosi! Hopealle sijoittui Team USA.
USA ja Japani hallitsivat myös jazz-sarjaa, mutta siitä ei valitettavasti internetin syövereissä ole vielä videoita.
The ICU world championships have been on for a couple of days now in Florida. Since my thing is cheerdance I'll concentrate on that on this post, too. Yesterday Finland's dance team reached 4th place in the pom series. Congrats, girls!!
Here's Team Finland's pom dance and the same from Team Japan too, 'cause I really liked it. The choreography was unique and entertaining and brought the team silver medals. The Japanese also rocked their hip hop routine (and got 1st place!), although the choreography doesn't carry a hundred percent all way through in my opinion. Team USA came second.
Japan and the US also rules the jazz series, but unfortunately there aren't any videos yet on the Internet of those routines.
